Dr. Samar Omran
The founder and Director of SAMAR’S GARDEN Company. She holds a PhD in art criticism and appreciation. She adores the art of flower designing and held many positions in the field of training and international arbitration in flower design and arranging competitions . She was the Chief Expert in the Emirates Skills and World Skills competitions for a number of years . She was the Chief Expert in the Emirates Skills and World Skills competitions for a number of years . Many of her students, who were supervised when training in the field of flower design and arranging, also won numerous gold medals at the local and international competitions
