Delivery Policy for SAMARS GARDEN L.L.C

Products will be delivered on the next day unless another delivery date or service is specified.
Standard next day delivery, valid within the UAE, but please note that if you request delivery to remote areas that are not normally delivered by Summers Garden, you will be notified of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.
Selected products are not available for delivery to certain regions – where possible, we will let you know about these restrictions when you place your order.
To avoid problems or delays in delivery, please ensure that you include your full address details, including the exact parameters of the intended recipient and phone number, as well as your daytime contact phone number or email address so that we can notify you in case we encounter any issues in delivery.
Some products will be delivered within the delivery period, with delivery provided in a time frame close to your preferred delivery date – you will be notified of this at the time of placing your order.
In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please be advised that the carrier will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer located at that address and the recipient refuses or fails to return the items(s).
Please note that in the event that the carrier cannot find someone to accept the delivery, or make contact and re-arrange the delivery, if the recipient fails to make contact in time, we reserve the right to charge a fee for re-delivery to that address or to an alternate address .

Please note that if you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be sent separately and we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
